Our 30-Day Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed. All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Support@veyra-berlin.com and include:

• Your order number
• Which item(s) you're returning
• A brief reason for the return

We'll reply with full return instructions and the return address.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

We inspect every return. Items that arrive worn, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For standard returns — change of mind, sizing issue — return postage is the customer's responsibility.

If we sent you a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Your rights under §437 BGB (Sachmängelhaftung / Mängelgewährleistung) apply in full.

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email is sent as soon as the refund is issued. Your bank may take additional days to process it on their end.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Support@veyra-berlin.com — include your order number and a clear photo. We'll resolve it promptly: replacement or full refund, return postage covered by us.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style. It's straightforward and gives you full flexibility.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In addition to our 30-day returns policy, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods, in accordance with §312g BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please inform us clearly in writing (email is fine) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will then arrange the return and refund accordingly.
