Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Area

Veyra Berlin currently delivers to addresses across Germany. International delivery options are being developed — if you're outside Germany, contact us to enquire about availability.

Shipping Is Always Free

Order Processing Time (Bearbeitungszeit)

We process and despatch orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our cut-off for same-day processing is 5:00 PM CET. Orders placed after this time will be picked up the following business day.

You'll receive a despatch confirmation email as soon as your order leaves us.

Estimated Delivery Time

Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). After this time, your shipment is delivered to our carrier and ready for transit.

Transit time: 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard delivery within Germany.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier schedules.

Order Tracking

Every order is fully tracked (Sendungsverfolgung). Once your parcel is despatched, you'll receive:

• A tracking number (Sendungsnummer)
• A direct link to follow your parcel in real time

You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Carriers (Versanddienstleister)

We work with Germany's most trusted delivery carriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and order size, your parcel may be delivered via DHL, DPD, or Hermes.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel appears delayed, shows an unexpected tracking status, or you believe it may be lost — email us at Support@veyra-berlin.com with your order number. We'll contact the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier attempts delivery when you're not home, they will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local pick-up point (Paketshop). Please act promptly — uncollected parcels may be returned to us. If that happens, email us and we'll arrange redelivery.

International Shipping

Veyra Berlin is currently focused on delivering within Germany. We are actively working to expand internationally. If you're located outside Germany and interested in our products, please reach out — we'll let you know what's possible.
