§1 — Scope & Operator
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Veyra Berlin (Zur Schanze 2, 35325 Mücke, Germany) and customers using our website. They apply to all purchases made through this store. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless Veyra Berlin expressly agrees to them in writing.
§2 — Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or acting with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our offers are directed to consumers (Verbraucher) within the meaning of §13 BGB and businesses (Unternehmer) within the meaning of §14 BGB.
§3 — Contract Formation (Vertragsschluss)
Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to submit an offer (invitatio ad offerendum), not a binding offer. When you click "Order with obligation to pay" (kaufen / kostenpflichtig bestellen), you submit a binding offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt — not acceptance. The purchase contract is formed when we despatch your order or confirm acceptance explicitly.
§4 — Prices & VAT
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) inclusive of the applicable VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) as required by German law. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery is always free of charge.
§5 — Products & Availability
We do our best to accurately represent product colours and images. We cannot guarantee that your screen will display them exactly as they appear in person. Products may be available in limited quantities and we reserve the right to limit sales per person or order.
§6 — Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §312g BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us in writing (email: Support@veyra-berlin.com). We will then process your return and refund in accordance with legal requirements.
§7 — Returns & Defective Goods
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day returns window. Your statutory warranty rights under §437 BGB (Mängelgewährleistung) remain fully intact for 2 years from delivery. If goods are defective, you are entitled to supplementary performance, withdrawal, or reduction of the purchase price as provided by law.
§8 — Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in EUR via encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment systems.
§9 — Delivery & Passing of Risk
We despatch within 1–2 business days. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. For consumers, risk passes on delivery to the designated address. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, re-delivery costs may apply.
§10 — Retention of Title (Eigentumsvorbehalt)
All goods remain the property of Veyra Berlin until full payment has been received (§449 BGB).
§11 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Veyra Berlin and protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited.
§12 — Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites. Veyra Berlin is not responsible for the content or data practices of any linked third-party site. We recommend reviewing the policies of external sites before sharing personal data.
§13 — Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law, to infringe intellectual property rights, to upload malicious code, or to engage in spamming, phishing, or unauthorised data collection.
§14 — Limitation of Liability (Haftungsbeschränkung)
Veyra Berlin's liability is limited to intent (Vorsatz) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of fundamental contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). Liability for slight negligence in non-essential obligations is excluded to the extent permitted by German law.
§15 — Consumer Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Our email for this purpose: Support@veyra-berlin.com.
§16 — Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
§17 — Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with all policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veyra Berlin.
§18 — Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable at the time of your order will govern your purchase. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
§19 — Personal Data
The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung), which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
§20 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the law of the country of their habitual residence applies where it provides greater protection. The place of jurisdiction is Mücke, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
